7-Day Exchange - the details...
- If the retail customer is not satisfied with the new or previously owned vehicle purchased from a Winner dealership within 7 days of delivery, mileage of the vehicle delivered not to exceed 500 miles, the vehicle can be returned to the Winner dealership from which it was purchased to receive credit towards the purchase or lease of another new or previously owned vehicle.
- If the customer elects to exchange the purchased vehicle, he/she will be required to pay the difference between the MSRP or the dealer's list price of the two vehicles with appropriate adjustments (e.g. difference in incentives, taxes). See dealer for specific details. Replacement vehicle value must equal or exceed original vehicle MSRP or the dealer's list price.
- The customer will be responsible for any financing charges, taxes, origination fees, title fees, and inception fees on the returned vehicle and any additional or new financing charges, taxes, origination fees, title fees and inception fees on replacement vehicle.
- Vehicle must be inspected by the dealership for damage and excessive wear. Any vehicle damage or excessive wear will be the responsibility of the customer.
- Only one vehicle is permitted for exchange per customer.
- Financing is not guaranteed by Winner. Customer is responsible for obtaining financing on replacement vehicle.
- Vehicles that have had aftermarket structural or safety modifications are not eligible for exchange.
- Employees of Winner dealerships are not eligible.
- Winner will not be responsible for supplying alternative transportation to customer if delays in delivery occur with the replacement vehicle. Exchange is subject to inventory availability and must come from dealer stock. No special orders permitted. Fleet sales are excluded.
- This is an exchange policy only, and no money will be refunded to the customer.
- Any vehicle exchange will require the approval of the dealership's General Manager or the General Sales Manager.
